This policy explains how personal data submitted through propertywithceline.com is handled, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
What is collected
Only what the consultation form asks for: your name, phone number, email address, the stage of your property journey, and any message you choose to write. The site does not request identity numbers, financial documents or property records through the form.
Why it is collected
To respond to your enquiry, arrange a consultation, and continue the conversation you started. Your details are not used for unrelated marketing lists.
How it is stored
Enquiries are stored in a Supabase database used for this website. Access is limited to Celine Lee and, where a matter requires it, her PropNex team at The MarketPlace.
How long it is kept
Enquiry records are retained only as long as they serve the purpose above or as required by law and industry regulation, after which they are deleted.
Who it may be shared with
No one outside Celine Lee and her PropNex team, unless disclosure is required by law, by a regulator such as the Council for Estate Agencies, or by a service provider strictly processing data on her behalf.
Access, correction and deletion
You may ask what personal data is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to celine.macmosphere@live.com and the request will be actioned within a reasonable period.
